CHECKED 2026-09-08, still unconfirmed - official Team AMANI site has not yet published a 2027 date; 2026 ran June 13, and the race is annually positioned just before the Migration Gravel Race. Championship event of the LOOP Safari Gravel Race Series and a UCI Gravel World Series qualifier, set in Hell's Gate National Park made famous by The Lion King, with plains game visible from the course. Long course 110km / 2,500m (elite, men 19-59, women 19-49); short course 60km / 1,000m (men 60+, women 50+). Race village is at Sulmac Village south of Lake Naivasha, ~2h from Nairobi JKIA.
