Hi all,

The 2026 one just happened last weekend and I'm planning to join the 2027 edition, checking if anyone else would be interested so we can share transportation, accommodation, etc.

It's like a triathlon, swim leg as per normal but bike will be gravel and run will be trail.

It's a timed but non-competitive event so will be chill, I see support crew handing out coffee and donuts, the vibes look nice!

Still a long way to go but also need some time to train a bit and plan.

    Looks interesting.... And one can skip the swimming part and do just the ride + run. I'm sure it will be tough but fun!!

      Hey Westy! If I remember correctly, you have stayed and rode in Spain previously? Not sure if can skip the swim but I don't mind trying lah since the cut-off times are generous.. 😅

      If you check faq, it says can skip swim for those who wants to do so. Just be aware of the water temperature around 15+°. 😉 The nice thing about this is that the ride is around 80+km so u get to enjoy more riding! I can help with logistics questions if anyone interested...

      yeah, i saw photos and videos all in wetsuits! logistics wise, i think have to fly into Barcelona. From there, what's the best option to travel to Girona if bringing bike?

      There are multiple ways. I would recommend the below 3 options if going direct from airport. 1. Regional train R11 from Sants Estacion. Can take train directly from airport T2 to Sants Estacion. Can travel with box or assembled bike. 2. Fast train (AVE) from Sants Estacion. Train from airport T2 to Sants first. Only can travel with bike in box, reservation required if bringing bike. 3. Private van to bring you there if travelling with small group. Depends also if you want to spend some days in BCN city as well.
